About Encore Beauty
Maureen Bartlett formed Encore Beauty in 2005. Starting her career as a makeup artist, Maureen has experienced working with many cosmetic houses in sales and marketing. Encore Beauty has brought her career full circle back to her passion-Beauty. Her dream is shared by her daughters Shannon and Paige along with a team of makeup enthusiasts.

Encore Beauty was created to launch the range of professional makeup and skin care, created by Serge Louis Alvarez, here in Australia and New Zealand.

SLA Creation France currently exports to 31 countries, and there are two dedicated SLA Academies in Cairo and Alexandria and one at head office in Valence, South France.

Serge Louis Alvarez is a well-known European makeup artist who has built his career working in Opera, Theatre, Fashion and Advertising. With his own manufacturing facility set in the picturesque south of France he has a distinct competitive advantage.

With 5 full time scientists developing his dream products, state of the art manufacturing facility, and top marketing personnel taking these premium products to the professionals of the world. The SLA products are developed and marketed as the fashion market demands.

SLA Creation
Serge Louis Alvarez started his career at a young age in the theatres, opera houses and fashion houses of France as a makeup artist.

SLA Creation is a professional and natural cosmetic line offering  quality products to professional makeup artists and the public alike. The line boasts 850 professional products. To support the beautiful range of cosmetics the range offers quality professional accessories such as brushes, sponges, aprons, kimonos, capes and professional bags. The quality of the range is luxurious and long lasting due to the high pigmentation in the product. Being quality professional products, we recommend that they be applied with brushes, never fingers as the product is much finer and has a greater pigmentation than most other brands.

SLA Creation is trend setting, fashionable and delights in releasing two fabulous fashion looks per year. Boasting his own laboratory with five dedicated scientists and production facility, SLA Creation creates products that others envy and is always first with the most current fashion looks. With Serge Louis Alvarez himself working for fashion houses such as Paco Rabanne he is in tune with fashion statements before they reach the market. Other cosmetic houses outsource their products, SLA has an advantage of having the ability to develop, market, produce and distribute from the one outlet in Valence in the south of France.

Training is a very important element for the brand of SLA Creation. This is reflected in the development of training academies in Cairo and Alexandria. SLA France sells to the total 190 makeup schools that operate in France.  In Australia we support the SLA training philosophy with training programs designed for salons, consumers, corporate, makeup artists and staff.

In 2005 the pre and post makeup skin care range was created to support our makeup results. It is not a standard skin care product, the range has been created to help produce spectacular make up results. It is available both in retail packs and will soon be available in salon size packaging for the use of beauticians and makeup artists.

SLA Creations latest concept -100% Nature includes organic ECOCERT certified products.

SLA does not test on animals and  uses mainly ingredients from fair-trade countries.

Screen Cosmetics
Melinda Screen, well-known Australian makeup artist has produced a collection of professional must-haves, bottles, brushes, makeup accessories and bags. Affordable and very chic this range appeals to all customers. This funky range of accessories is for makeup artists and all lovers of makeup generally- a handy range of make up tools.

Pattrena
Subtle but memorable fragrances identify the spa range of Pattrena products. Massage oils, aromatherapy essential oils, bath oils, soaps, shampoo, spa body and facial creams and shower gels. The aromatherapy range includes fragrance stories such as Energizing, Geranium d Provence, Ginger n Spice, Relaxing, Romantic and Hippie Reunion.
